The Board of Trustees, composed of 9 to 15 distinguished academics as well as former and current government officials, provides overall direction and guidance for the Foundation. The Chairman is responsible for formulating and setting policies, recommending projects, approving publications and representing the Foundation
The executive leadership is headed by the president, and 2 to 3 vice presidents; the president is nominated by the chairman and approved by the Board, white vice presidents are nominated by the president and approved by the chairman. The Foundation has six departments, namely, International Studies and Exchange, Administration, Finance, Publishing, IT Management and Daily Digest.
